Our destination wedding agency handles all the logistics and planning involved in hosting your wedding abroad. At Now Destination Weddings, we coordinate everything from venue selection and vendor booking to guest travel and on-site support — so you can enjoy the experience without the stress.
Q: Do you work with couples across all of Canada or just Toronto?
We are based in Toronto and proudly serve couples throughout Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia and the rest of Canada. Thanks to virtual consultations and a fully remote-friendly planning process, distance is never a barrier.
Q. How far in advance should we start planning our destination wedding?
We recommend starting the planning process at least 12 to 18 months in advance for a luxury destination wedding, especially during peak season (November to April). This ensures the best venue availability and room block pricing for your guests.
Q. Can you help coordinate travel and accommodations for our guests?
Absolutely. Guest travel coordination is one of our core services. We organize group flight options, airport transfers, room blocks at your venue resort, and travel documentation support — all from across Canada.
Q. How many guests can a destination wedding accommodate?
Destination weddings can range from intimate elopements of 2 to large celebrations of 150+ guests. The ideal guest count depends on your chosen venue. We help you find venues that match both your vision and your guest list size.
